Loretta Lynne Moor was born 27 June 1959, in Nashville Tennessee. She is the fifth child of singer country George Morgan. Her mother was named Anastasia "Anna" Paridon Trainor, who died in 2018.At age 13, Lorrie Morgan made her first appearance on the Grand Ole Opry, when her father brought her onto stage for a performance of "Paper Roses". Morgan claims that she received a an ovation standing in the audience in appreciation of her show. Morgan lost his father in 1975. Morgan's band toured smaller venues with Morgan until 1977. After that, they disbanded and Morgan started performing as a solo performer. Following this she became receptionist at Acuff-Rose Music, worked as an artist and demo vocalist.

Between the years 1996-98 between 1996 and 1998, she got married to Mexican actress Ari Telch. They and Telch are parents to one child: Sofia (born May 7, 1997). On December 7, 2007, Conde married her second husband, businessman Juan Zepeda. In August 2013, the couple split up. In 2015 it was found out that Zepeda's wedding was not valid because the couple had already got engaged to Maria Sol Corral from Ecuador. Conde was reportedly dating Giovanni Medina, a businessman from October 2013. Conde together with Medina revealed their pregnancy in April of 2014. She gave birth on October 21st to their son Emmanuel. Ninel Ramos as well as Ninel conde are scheduled to wed on the 28th of October in 2020.
